Buying
Buying in Dubai, from search to transfer.
From your first viewing to picking up the keys, here's how we work with buyers.

How it works
Step 1
Tell us your budget, areas, and must-haves. We shortlist what actually fits, not everything on the market.
Step 2
We arrange viewings and give you a straight read on each property, including anything we'd flag before you commit.
Step 3
For a resale purchase, we help you through the offer, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and the Dubai Land Department transfer. Off-plan purchases follow a different process, and we'll walk you through that separately.
Questions worth asking
Can foreigners buy property in Dubai?
Yes. In designated freehold areas, foreign nationals can buy, sell, and lease property with full ownership rights.
When is the deposit agreed?
A reservation deposit is agreed once you and the seller settle on terms, ahead of the balance at transfer. That's separate from any mortgage down payment if you're financing the purchase. We'll confirm the specific amounts before you commit to anything.
How long does a purchase take?
A straightforward resale purchase in Dubai typically completes within a few weeks of agreeing terms, once financing and paperwork are in order.
