Selling
A clear plan for selling your Dubai property.
From a fair valuation to a qualified buyer, here's how we handle a sale.

How it works
Step 1
We recommend an asking price using comparable transactions and current market conditions.
Step 2
We market the property, arrange viewings, and qualify enquiries, discussing each buyer's readiness with you before you commit to an offer.
Step 3
We manage the MOU, deposit, and Dubai Land Department transfer through to completion.
Questions worth asking
What does it cost to sell?
We'll walk you through our agency fee before you list. Beyond that, a sale can involve costs like the developer's NOC fee and, if the property is mortgaged, a discharge fee from your bank. We'll flag which apply to your specific sale rather than quote amounts that may not.
Do I need a No Objection Certificate (NOC)?
Yes. An NOC from your developer, for that specific transaction, is required before transfer, and we'll help you arrange it.
How long does a sale usually take?
Once you accept an offer, a straightforward sale typically completes within a few weeks, though a mortgaged property or a non-resident seller can add steps.
